Prebul Kia closed in Chattanooga. Where do I take my car for an oil change?

I recently purchased a Kia Optima from Prebul Kia in Chattanooga, TN. I also purchased the service warranty (KIA Care Package). Prebul Kia filed for bankruptcy and closed down. I called Kia and they tell me the service warranty is only good at the dealership I bought it from.
