Does Valvoline clean your car when you get an oil change?

Also... is their oil good? I have a brand new car and I'm not too sure if I should go for synthetic?Does Valvoline clean your car when you get an oil change?
No, they don't vaccuum the car. They just change the oil, check the air filter %26amp; tire pressure. At least at the Instant places, they don't even get into the car.Does Valvoline clean your car when you get an oil change?
Stop playing with the rest and get the best- 1 year or 20k miles on a change.

Any kind of oil gets engine gunk in it, that's what makes it turn black. When you drain the oil out the gunk goes with it, so you could say it cleans your engine. Most oils today have a detergent in them that keeps the gunk from settling out, so it doesn't build up over time.

Synthetic oil is more expensive but better. There are synthetic blends (part synthetic, part petroleum-based oil) that give you almost all the advantages of synthetic but at less cost.

Valvoline is good but I don't know if it's any better than other good oils--Penzoil, Castrol, Quaker State, etc. People have favorites but I think all the big-name brands are pretty good.

I think changing your oil and filter regularly is more important than what kind of oil you use.
Does it clean your car? All good, brand name motor oils carry detergents nowadays. As long as it's brand name, it will keep gunk from forming up inside as opposed to the cheap $1 type stuff that has little to none.

Is Valvoline good? Yes, but I stick to Castrol GTX for dino oil, and Mobil 1 for synthetic.

Go for synthetic? Sure, if you don't mind the extra cost. I do believe that synthetic is better for any car at any mileage.
