What happends if a dealership does a oil change on your car and the car shuts down after you try to drive off?

i got my oil changed today and when i tried to drive off the car totally shut down and won't start. i think they may have forgetten to put oil in it or they forgot to put the filter cap back onWhat happends if a dealership does a oil change on your car and the car shuts down after you try to drive off?
Well the engien could have siezed if they did not put oil and that would require a new engine, the filler cap should not really shut down the car if it is missing. yeah they probably screwed something up but that doesn't matter. Quite frankly it doesn't matter who's fault it is, if the car was fine when you took it in and then killed leaving the dealership you've got them. Seriously, their rocks are in a vice and you've got the handle! They need to fix it, perfectly, and put a warranty on their work, or you go to the BBB, a lawyer, the cops, anybody.
