Why is my car shaking after an oil change?

I have a 1992 Ford Tempo...we did an oil change and changed the oil filter after all was done, we started the car to drive home and it was idling very rough and the car was shaking. The car continues to shake while we drive, we took it on the free way and it seems to do better at higher speeds...i don't know what is wrong. Please help...! thanks. Why is my car shaking after an oil change?
1992 ford tempo with the 1.9 liter engine right, look for the pcv valve, or the hose that is connected to it. if it was disturbed or damaged during the service, you will run into this problem. Why is my car shaking after an oil change?
Check to see that you aren't leaking oil from when you changed it since that is the last thing done.
Did you forget the oil cap it get it on crooked? The vacuum leak would cause the engine to run rough.
make sure you used the right viscosity oil and you did not over fill it. and the right filter.
Changing oil and filter will not make the engine miss. See if vaacume hoses got moved or check plug wires are loose.
did you prime pump with oil in new filter?oil pump could be air locked
