My car had oil change recently, now the car smell like fish. What could be a reason?

They've probably spilled a bit of oil over your engine when refilling it and a bit has run down onto the exhaust. The smell is that oil burning off - absolutely not serious and nothing to worry about, it'll go away after a couple of days.

The fishy smell comes from the additives they put into the oil nowadays. My car had oil change recently, now the car smell like fish. What could be a reason?
68% of people that work at oil changing services usualy have second jobs at fish markets.I have to guess the guy bearly came out of his shift and didn't wash his hands so it smelled like Adam Sandlers hands like in that movie 51st dates.so next time ask the people working there to wash their hands when they go bathroom. My car had oil change recently, now the car smell like fish. You didn't get the places mixed up and take it to Long John Silvers did you? They would have used their old frying oil in it.
did you run over any animal cuz i did once and then the smell was comming in through the air vents in the car
Probably used COD liver oil :%26gt;)
an oil change would not change the smell of your car.
was it a chick that changed your oil?
